Anugrah: "It's mind boggling to comprehend how someone in the prime of his career could think of retirement. It's a shame!"

Conway and Will Young are at the crease. Conway is on strike. Marco Jansen will open the attack
Welcome to the chase. The Proteas stride out. Stiff ask for New Zealand but not impossible by any means. Pretty decent batting surface. Jansen with the new ball will be a threat, but if they get a good start and with potential dew later on, this could be a humdinger.
Quinton de Kock: I think so (best form). I am feeling really good lately. Nice that everything is coming together at an important time for us. They bowled really well upfront, especially Boulty. I felt quite scratchy upfront, I couldn't find my rhythm, I was getting a couple of messages from the guys on the bench to bat through. I just want to keep batting. My career is coming down to a finish, trying to bat as much as I can. If the wicket stays the same, it will be good enough. The wicket does get better under lights. 357 is always a good score, but we are playing against a really good team, let's see what happens.

17:56 Local Time, 12:26 GMT, 17:56 IST: Another dauting total posted by South Africa having put in to bat first. It was a brave call by New Zealand to bowl first despite knowing how dangerous South Africa have been in setting totals right throughout the tournament. Bavuma got off to a start, however, once again he failed to capitalize on that start as he was caught at slip. Wasn't one of the easiest pitches to bat on, and Rassie van der Dussen clearly struggled to get the timing right at the start of the innings. Despite all that fight, he took his time and built a solid partnership with de Kock - their second 200-run stand of the tournament. In the process, both the top-order batters also notched up their respective centuries. It was de Kock's fourth ton, while RvD's second ton of the tournament.
