Zimbabwe have won the toss and have opted to bat
The weather is likely to improve and we might as well squeeze in a game. Zimbabwe would be eager to get on the field as they need to win a game here and avenge the losses they had in the T20s.
More than the game at Harare, it's the weather which will again be the bone of contention. Zimbabwe take on Ireland in the second ODI today. But the cloud cover would be a constant factor for today's game as well. It is a day game and can expect some showers. Zimbabwe lost the T20I series but would be eager to make a comeback in the ODIs. The ignominy of not making it to the T20 WC would also be hurting them.
