8 pm: It's still raining in Coimbatore and the waiting game continues. I suspect we might have started losing overs as well
7:30 pm: the rain seems to have reduced in intensity and can spot a few groundstaff trying to removed the excess water on the covers. But it's still spitting and we can't have the toss until it clears completely. The supersopper is also doing its rounds
7:15 pm: It's still raining, the pitch and the square remain under covers. Lots of umbrellas in the crowd as they wait patiently, so do the players from both teams in the dug-out
7 pm: Another rainy day in Coimbatore. The covers are firmly in place and the toss is already delayed. We'll definitely have a delayed start as well
6:15 pm IST: It's Match 16 of the TNPL and we've Dindigul up against Tiruppur in a crucial bottom-table clash.
