It was the Gurbaz and Omarzai show with the bat in the second game. Chasing 312 was always going to be a big task for South Africa and they crumbled against the spin duo of Rashid Khan and Kharote as they shared nine wickets between them. 15:00 Local Time, 11:00 GMT, 16:30 IST: Afghanistan have already scripted a historic ODI series win against South Africa as they are 2-0 up in the 3-match series. Their cricket has grown by leaps and bounds over the years and now they are not only testing the top sides but also humbling them. Afghanistan were buyoed by their recent success in the T20 World Cup. Although they were defeated comprehensively by South Africa in the semi-finals, reaching the knockout stage of the tournament revealed their calibre. When you taste success at such a mega event, it fuels you. Afghanistan with a spring in their side won for the first time in ODIs against South Africa a few days back. Their bowlers ran riot in the first game as they bundled out the visitors for a meagre 106 and set up their dominant win.
