News from Brisbane is that it's very overcast and covers are on the pitch at the moment.
For Pakistan, their pacers stole the show in the ODIs, and they've been brilliant in the shortest format this year as well. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf have superb numbers in 2024 and are proven wicket-takers who should relish the conditions on offers.
The early season pitches offered a lot of help to the bowlers in the ODI series. Teams winning the toss were able to capitalise and bowl the opposition out cheaply. But the conditions should be more batting-friendly in these T20Is.
