Welcome back. Won't be easy with the new ball against a very potent attack in these conditions. Will Faf counterattack?
David Bedingham: It was quite nice to score some runs. It is a par total and hopefully our bowlers can defend it. The surface is playing better, slightly two-paced but our bowlers are bowling well. T20 is a funny game and if we bowl well, we should be able to defend the total.
19:13 Local Time, 17:13 GMT, 22:43 IST: Sunrisers Eastern Cape have posted an above par total. The surface is not a belter and is two-paced. They never set the innings on fire; just went about accumulating the runs and picking up the odd boundary. Bedingham held one end up and added a couple of vital partnerships, but could not convert his start. Same with Markram as he looked in sublime form and struck a couple of glorious shots but got out at the wrong time. Stubbs and Jansen got them past the 160-mark and this total has never been chased at this venue in three seasons. So the JSK batters will have their task cut out. Can they chase this total down? Or will it be four wins in a row for the Sunrisers? Back soon with the second innings..
