Games in this competition have been dominated by the chasing side, but the pressure of a chase in a big final could upset the apple cart. We are not too far from the toss now. Stick around!
The Desert Vipers have arguably been the best side in the competition. They were beaten by MI Emirates and then twice in three days by Dubai Capitals which meant that they had to qualify for the finals through the second eliminator. They lost their skipper Lockie Ferguson to a hamstring injury in the last game, but Sam Curran deputised well to ensure the Desert Vipers brushed aside Sharjah Warriorz. The top two after the group stages have qualified for the finals, and this should be a cracker of a final contest here in the Middle East.
