Okay, so the official update is that toss will happen at 1pm local
11.30am local: Live pictures coming in show that it has gotten slightly brighter out there. Groundstaff are milling around on the outfield. The players and umpires are nowhere to be seen though.
Nadeem Abbas: As a local resident of Multan, you know that on days like this, the only chance of the sun coming out is around 2 PM. During this time of year, daylight fades by 5:30 PM. Therefore, the maximum play possible today would be a session and a half, provided the sun appears by 2 PM.
Naeem Khan: I am in Multan. The weather is foggy and not good for playing cricket. Hopefully, the Sun will be out i an hour or 2.
9.45am local: The weather doesn't seem to have improved much, so the waiting game continues..
Looks like the toss has been delayed because of foggy weather. The umpire can be seen having a chat with Pakistan captain Shan Masood who is still in his training kit.
