Brydon Carse to Shubman Gill, 5 runs, Pope misses with a direct-hit and it would have been interesting with one. Would have been out despite a full-length dive, badly judged by Shubman Gill, he gets forward and pushes it to the left of mid-wicket, Pope gets across and cuts it off quickly
It's cloudy at the moment.

Just when it looked like India would get through the morning unscathed, however, Carse tempted Rahul into chasing a wide outswinger and had him caught at first slip. Then Sudarsan, the debutant, fell right into Stokes’ trap at the stroke of lunch. Eager to get bat on ball and get off the mark in Test cricket, he was strangled down leg, leaving India 92/2 at Lunch. We’ll be back shortly for the second session.
