Priyansh Arya: I’m not expressive but getting as very good feeling from within. In the last game, Shreyas talked about backing your instincts, he suggested me to play the way I want to. I was thinking that if I get the first ball in my slot, I will defiintely hit it for a six. I want to express myself as much as I can and not restrict myself. (Is Indian Premier League easier or Delhi Premier League?) DPL! The ball is coming nicely onto the bat, the ball is not turning much, so we have to bowl well in the powerplay and take wickets.
21:09 Local Time, 15:39 GMT, 21:09 IST: Bullied by Arya and Shashank in the middle overs, CSK have given away 219 in the 20 overs after reducing the Punjab unit to 83 for 5 at one stage. CSK continued to be sloppy on the field
19.6
Pathirana to Shashank Singh, 3 runs, clumsy effort to end the innings. Sums up CSK's performance in this season. That's fifty for Singh as well. Superb knock from him.
19.5
Pathirana to Marco Jansen, 1 run, Dhoni at first was going to his right, then dives to his left and gloves the ball down to the man at short fine. Marco Jansen walked across too much, looked to dab a wide length delivery and got an inside edge. The ball went down to short fine for a single
19.4
Pathirana to Marco Jansen, SIX, straight down the ground for a sixer. One-handed sixer. That was fuller, tailing in, slower, Marco Jansen got under the ball and slammed it down the ground for a sixer. Massive hit
19.3
Pathirana to Shashank Singh, 1 run, low full toss, tails in, Shashank Singh cue-ends the ball down into the off-side for a single
Should be a record chase this for CSK if somehow they get over the line tonight...
19.2
Pathirana to Shashank Singh, no run, dot ball again. Decent over so far from Pathirana and for CSK as well. Walks across to a length delivery and misses making contact on it
