Big call by Royal Challengers Bengaluru to not play Josh Hazlewood. We still don't have an update as to why he's not playing. Meanwhile, Kaushik pings about the atmosphere at the venue - "The RCBvCSK match is a great spectacle, particularly at the Chinnaswamy, where there's a more even split of fans. That the Karnataka colours are yellow and therefore the stadium also has a good mix of seats between red and yellow further adds to the visual appeal."
- RCB have lost all nine tosses at home this year (IPL and WPL combined).
We have made a couple of changes to our Expert XI and you can check them out by going to Fantasy Handbook.
Jitesh: Just following my basics and looking at one game at a time. That's my mantra. Always ready for any game. He just shows me how to play those shots, those skills (learning innovative shots from DK). I have those shots in me but I don't know how to apply in the game. On this wicket those shots will be useful because of the good bounce. Working with him is always exciting. It's a good learning for a player who is always focused on straight cricket, but I'm now learning the 360 game. The Boult six in Mumbai is my favourite. Conditions now are different to last year. We're trying to play the best shots for this wicket.
Here are the Impact substitutes for both the teams:
