Biography
Arshin Kulkarni belongs to a category that’s rare in Indian cricket - a pace-bowling all-rounder. His primary skill is big, clean-hitting ability with the bat. However, he can trouble batters with the bounce he generates, thanks to his height.
On the back of an impressive season in the Maharashtra Premier League in 2023, Arshin made his Maharashtra debut in the same year in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, batting mostly at the top of the order. He was part of the 2024 ICC Under-19 World Cup where India were the runners-up. A few months later, he made his IPL debut representing Lucknow Super Giants but failed to make any impact in both the matches.
Arshin recorded his maiden hundred for Maharashtra in the quarterfinal of the 2024-25 Vijay Hazare Trophy. He followed it with a score of 90 in the semifinal but his team failed to cross the line. Arshin will be representing LSG once again who bought him for INR 30 lakh in the 2025 IPL auction.
