A hard-hitting all-rounder from Tamil Nadu, Abhishek Tanwar can be a match-winner for his team on his day. Tanwar rose to prominence in the Tamil Nadu Premier League playing for the VB Veerans. Even though the Veerans didn't have a great season, Tanwar was the lone brigh prospect.
In the 2018 edition of the tournament, the all-rounder topped the wicket-taker's charts wit 15 scalps and also chipped in with useful cameos lower down the order and was instrumental in Madurai winning the title. Tanwar was rewarded for his exploits as he was included in the Tamil Nadu Ranji team.
