We are all set. South Africa in a huddle as the umpires and Bangladeshi batters walk in. Paterson to start off. From round the wicket, with three slips and a gully.
Pitch report by Shaun Pollock: The cracks have started to open up now and some disintegration from the edges of the cracks. The balls that have gone straight on are the ones that have caused trouble for the batters, instead of the ones turning. Don't see any gremlins. If a batter gets stuck in here, they can get a score.
David Hemp | Bangladesh batting coach: We find ourselves in these positions, three or four down with not many, the top-order is learning from these. There is a big jump up from the first-class to the international level. At the moment our decision-making has let us down and that's what we are concentrating on. It is not just your technique but also your thought process. The pleasing thing is when we were up against it, ironically we have shown character. If we go back to Pakistan when we were six-down we came back well.
