There's one more game lined up for today. Tshwane Spartans have opted to bat against Jozi Stars. Switch tabs to follow the action.
Faf du Plessis: Good to get across. I though we were brilliant till the 16th over, then we made soft mistakes. We had to nail it down with 15 runs to go. We got a couple of points, not 100% happy especially with the last two overs. The spinners have been terrific. I call it 'spin it to win it'. Few things to work on, hopefully we put in a good performance (against Nelson Mandela Bay Giants).
Henry Davids | Player of the Match: It was good fun. First I wanted to have a look, it was nice to bat on. There was a bit of nip, it was a good wicket. All the teams are strong in MSL this season. On Wednesday, we'll be ready at PE. It was an all-round performance. Nail-biting finish, was an awesome game.
Quinton de Kock: It was a very close game in the end. Just unfortunate we couldn't cross the line. They played well. Get a couple of wickets upfront, the batting team is always under pressure. We'll get together and come up with a plan (for the next game).
13:39 Local Time, 11:39 GMT, 17:09 IST: A humdinger of a contest. After a decent start, the Blitz lost their way after the downfall of QdK. At 69/5, they were in all sorts of trouble. That's when the duo of Philander and Nawaz stitched a half-century partnership. Even after the former's dismissal, Nawaz kept going after Paarl's bowlers and brought the equation down to '12 needed off the last over'. However, he got out off the very first ball in the final over and Udana nervously managed to defend the total in the end.
