A high-scoring closely-fought match followed by a one-sided encounter. Win the toss, opt to field and chase down the target successfully - this has been the script for all four matches this season. Will that trend continue? Tune in tomorrow - Super Sunday - for another PSL double header. For now, it's good night and goodbye!

Sarfaraz Ahmed | Quetta Gladiators captain: The credit for today's win goes to our bowlers. Naseem was outstanding. I just asked my speedsters to use their pace. He (Hasnain) had a great domestic season and I'm happy that he's taking advantage of the opportunity here.

Babar Azam | Karachi Kings captain: The wicket wasn't bad. The shot selection wasn't spot-on. We need to work on that and learn from our mistakes. We need to focus on the next game. We'll try not to repeat the same mistakes.

Naseem Shah | Player of the Match: I tried the same in the first game, focused on my lengths and tried my cutters, glad that it worked today. I played CPL and got a nice rhythm. I am working on my rhythm and fitness.

22:27 Local Time, 17:27 GMT, 22:57 IST: A thumping win for Quetta Gladiators to open their account this season. Everything went right for them today. Won the toss, opted to field and skittled out their opponents to a paltry 114 on the back of Naseem Shah's fifer ... and ... some poor shot selection from the Karachi batters. In reply, the Quetta openers started from where they left yesterday. Will Smeed and Ahsan Ali batted positively and scored 51 in the powerplay. The boundaries dried up post that and Karachi managed to pick a couple of wickets - one via an outstanding catch and another through a run-out. Ahsan Ali held his ground and notched up his second fifty in as many games and remained unbeaten till the end. Just like Ahsan, even Sarfaraz hit three fours in a row to cap off the match with 25 balls to spare. Hang around for the presentations..
