So Karachi are at a stage where one more loss could mean elimination. They did look good in parts tonight, but are still some way away from finding momentum. We'll leave it at that for now, and until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us, ta ta!!

Wahab Riaz | Winning skipper: The team putting runs on the board has been winning the last 2-3 games, and it is not easy to chase here. The boys have done really well and have adjusted to the conditions really well. We need to adjust to what is offered on the day. The plan was to sent Rutherford up, but when Nabi was bowling, we wanted to send a rightie. It is never easy to come and play your first game, and these performances will give a lot of confidence to these boys as well.

Babar Azam | Losing skipper: The pitch was slow but we gave away a few runs too many in the middle overs. We didn't get a partnership either. I tried to take it deep, but there were just no partnerships. The slow balls were very slow and were dipping which made it difficult. We couldn't execute it the way we wanted. The more you learn, the better, and we'll try to not repeat our mistakes.

Shoaib Malik | MoM: Sharjeel is a dangerous batsman and as long as you don't get him out, you aren't in the game, and that's what I was trying to do with the ball. In T20s, the strike-rate has to be 140+. We got a good start and you need to assess the conditions as quickly as possible. Most of us have played on this strip and all you can do is keep reminding your bowlers of their lengths. Those reminders really helped.

Mohammad Umar: To bowl the variations was the plan from the coach and captain. I practice a lot in the nets. I practice the slower balls and it was good to see the execution today.

23:08 Local Time, 18:08 GMT, 23:38 IST: So Peshawar sneak through, despite Babar Azam's lone effort. And that now means that Karachi have lost four in four. They got off to a horrible start, with Sharjeel Khan and Sahibzada Farhan bagging ducks, before Ian Cockbain injected some momentum into the innings with a few crisp hits. Babar just wasn't getting his timing right at first, but once he got going, he just didn't stop. But it wasn't a chase he could have done alone. Mohammad Umar was the star with the ball, disguising his slower ones superbly and mixing them up really well in his spell of 3/22. Hang around, the presentations would be up soon ..

Talat to Babar Azam, FOUR, short, wide, upper cut. Over short third man, and Babar touches 90. It doesn't matter though, the match is lost
