Carlson and van der Gugten forged a 91-run stand which ensured a respectable total on the board. But, on this belter, it wasn't enough and Somerset made a mockery of it. Will Smeed came out all guns blazing and Somerset scored 65-1 in the powerplay despite losing Banton. Smeed notched up a 23-ball fifty and he along with Kohler-Cadmore kept going after the Glamorgan bowlers. Will Smeed fell for 66 in the 12th over but he'd already done the damage. TKC brought up a 32-ball fifty, remained unbeaten till the end and took his team over the winning line with 17 balls to spare.
