For Bangladesh, Tanzid Hasan batted beautifully at the top of the order. Mehidy Hasan Miraz made up for a shaky start and top-scored with 74. However, there wasn't any other substantial contribution from any other Bangladeshi batter and that seems to be a major worry for them heading into the World Cup. Their pacers bowled with a lot of spirit and managed to pick five wickets but they were undone by England's aggressive approach. On that note, it's time to bring the curtains down. Moeen Ali: Very valuable. For the bowlers to bowl and some of the batters getting some time is very valuable before the World Cup. I just want to play the way I know I can play. If I am seeing the ball, I thought I'll play to my strengths. I wanted to keep the momentum going. Enough time, it is spinning in, that particular bowler on that wicket was suited for me to play the way I played against him. It wasn't something I planned. Pitch was okay, it nipped around a little it. Bit of bounce which we didn't expect. Good pitch for the bowling and batting. We are ready, we've got enough time. It's going to be a massive game, we know New Zealand are a dangerous side. We are ready.
