PBKS winning tonight means the race for the top-four has intensified. From now every game involving them will be crucial. Also PBKS correct their poor record here in Dharamsala with this win. Two more games here and they would be hoping for similar results. Time to wind up our coverage of this game. Tomorrow we will be back with more IPL action. See you then. Till then sleep tight and take care. Bye bye for now.
Prabhsimran Singh | Player of the Match (translated from Hindi): It is a very good knock and 2 points matters to us a lot and happy that it came in a winning cause. I was set when I was dropped, I wanted to capitalise on the drop. Failed to read the wicket initially, it took a little time and then decided we need to make 200. Whatever the situation demands, someone from our batting unit has been stepping up every game and good that we are winning too.
Shreyas Iyer: Elated to be honest. Everyone stepped up at the right time. The contribution was immense from each and every individual. Prabhs the way he performed today was exceptional. All the shots played were exceptional to the eyes. (on their poor record at this venue) I'm glad I did not know about it. I step on to the pitch to win the match, that was my mindset. We have been lucky so far, the luck has been there because of the hard work and the commitment shown. Everyone stepping at the right time, each and every individual know their roles precisely. There's only thing we need to correct - that is the awareness and the way we move on the field. Just back yourself and back your instincts and not think too much about the stats and what it can offer. Results does matter and that is winning.

Rishabh Pant: Definitely too many runs. When you gonna drop crucial catches at the wrong time, it is going to hurt you badly. We thought it was going to do more. We didn't pick the length right at the start. That's part and parcel of the game. The dream is still alive. If we gonna win the next three matches, we definitely can turn it around. It makes sense when your top order is batting really well. Every match you can't hope they will come off nicely. It's part of the game. We need to take the game deep. Every time they can't do the heavy job for us. Like you said in the first, we had too many to chase. That hurt us badly.
Arshdeep Singh: For a change there was movement in the starting overs. I really enjoyed it. In the second innings, the conditions gets cold and the weather drops down and it swings a bit. Surely gives us a lot of confidence. There are a lot of phases where we can improve as a team. I was just watching him run to the ball. I was praying just catch it because you know Mitch is a very dangerous player when he gets in and gets going. So, we had to take that early wicket. Credit to him for that excellent catch. The top three were scoring a lot runs. As soon as possible if we can take their wickets, we will have the upper hand. The execution was very nice. We are just taking it day by day. Just enjoying the present.
